Billing Questions
Can I change plans at any time?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. When upgrading, you only pay the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, GCash, Maya, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through our payment partner.
What happens if I cancel?
If you cancel a paid plan, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your profile reverts to the Free plan and remains listed in the directory.
