PCAB Data Attribution

Trussfolio's contractor database is built from the publicly available registry of the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB), a government agency under the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) responsible for licensing and classifying construction contractors in the Philippines.

Our initial dataset contains over 14,000 licensed contractors sourced directly from PCAB's public accreditation records. The data includes:

• Company / contractor name
• PCAB license number
• License category and classification
• Accreditation status

Trussfolio does not claim ownership of PCAB data. It is reproduced strictly for informational purposes to help property owners find and verify licensed contractors.

Our PCAB data is refreshed automatically on a monthly basis through an automated sync process. Each cycle compares the latest PCAB records against our existing database and applies additions, updates, and status changes.

This means new accreditations, license renewals, and status updates from PCAB are reflected in Trussfolio within the month, though there may be a lag of up to 30 days between a change at PCAB and its appearance on our platform.

PCAB data gives us the foundation, but most of what you see on a contractor's full profile is added by the contractor themselves after claiming their listing. This includes:

• Company logo and business bio
• Service areas and contact details
• Pricing packages and tier information
• Portfolio projects with photos and descriptions
• Client reviews collected through Trussfolio

Contractors are solely responsible for the accuracy of information they add to their profiles. Trussfolio does not verify contractor-submitted content beyond what PCAB records indicate.

If your company appears in our database, you can claim your profile by signing in with Google and verifying you are an authorized representative of that company. Once claimed, you can complete your profile, add portfolio work, and start receiving inquiries from property owners.

If your company is not yet in our database, you can register directly No PCAB listing is required to get started.

While we sync with PCAB data regularly, Trussfolio cannot guarantee real-time accuracy of license status, classification, or accreditation details. License validity should always be independently verified, especially for high-value projects.

If you are a contractor and believe your information is displayed incorrectly (whether sourced from PCAB or added by a third party), please contact us with the specific details. We review all correction requests and aim to resolve them within 5 business days.
