What happens before you hire.
This is the process we’re developing for projects that pass the initial fit and readiness review.

Check your project and prepare an estimate
We would review your outline and what plans are ready. A QS would then prepare an independent estimate before contractor selection.

Review one selected contractor
One primary contractor would be selected, with an alternate in reserve. Both sides review anonymised information and opt in. You sign the procurement agreement before the contractor is named.

Review the price and decide
The contractor would prepare an itemised proposal. The QS would explain differences from the estimate. You decide whether to hire the contractor.

Can I start without complete plans?
You can start with a project outline. We would review what is ready and explain which plans are needed before estimating or contractor selection could begin.
What would the service cost?
Fees are still being worked out, including any separate charge for the estimate. You would receive the service and payment terms before signing an agreement.
Who handles construction and site supervision?
Your appointed contractor and professionals remain responsible for construction and site supervision. Trussfolio’s planned role is contractor selection and cost review. Selection would not provide a workmanship guarantee.
