Project fit

Be considered where your team can work.

Project inquiries can cover any location in the Philippines. Each introduction would depend on contractor availability and suitability for that location.

Your completed projects, team and current workload would be checked against each project’s scope, location and timing.

Admission review

What we would check before admission.

01 / Experience

Completed projects

Comparable work, the technical capability it required and client references that support your experience.

02 / Readiness

Available capacity

Your current workload, team and resources, including where and when you can take on work.

03 / Professional practice

Business practice

Business and applicable licence documents, how you communicate with clients, and how you document scope and costs.

Proposal review

Explain the price your work requires.

You prepare your own scope, quantities, exclusions and open-book price, including rates, preliminaries, overhead and profit.

A Quantity Surveyor (QS) compares your proposal with an independent estimate and asks about differences in specification, quantities or rates.

You remain responsible for your proposal, contractual scope and construction delivery.

Proposed process

How a project introduction would work.

  1. 01

    Introduce your business.

Describe your completed work and service areas. A human review would cover your evidence, capacity and participation terms.

  2. 02

    Review a project brief.

You would review anonymized project information and choose whether to proceed. The owner signs the Client Procurement Agreement before your identity is released.

  3. 03

    Prepare your proposal.

Develop your scope and open-book price for QS review. The owner decides whether to engage you after reviewing the proposal.

Review the terms before joining.

Membership pricing and participation terms are not finalised. You would review them before agreeing to join. Proposal work does not guarantee an award.

Before you express interest.

Admission, proposal work and costs.

Does admission guarantee projects?

No. Admission would follow screening and the relevant agreements. For each suitable project, the planned process selects one primary contractor and keeps an alternate in reserve. An introduction or completed proposal does not guarantee an award; the owner chooses whom to engage.

What would I need to disclose?

The first step asks for your company details, project types, contract values and service areas. Licences, references and capacity would be reviewed separately.

For a proceeding project, you would prepare your own scope, quantities, exclusions and open-book price for a Quantity Surveyor (QS) to review. You remain responsible for your contractual scope and construction delivery.

What does participation cost?

Membership pricing and participation terms are not finalised. You would review them before agreeing to join. This preview creates no membership or payment obligation.

Show the projects your team can handle.

Describe your project types, usual contract values and service areas. Licences and references would be reviewed later.
